postnatal doula support

The postnatal period is a challenging time for many new families. Where we once had support from our “village”, many modern families are now finding that they’re on their own and having to do it all on their own. It doesn’t have to be this way!

As a postnatal doula I am able to provide you with extra professional support throughout the postnatal period in a variety of ways including debriefing the birth, postnatal comfort measures, breastfeeding support, sleep and settling support, light household chores, food preparation, running errands and even looking after older siblings so that you can spend some precious one on one time with your newborn baby. Whatever you need, I’m there to support you.

Package 1: $900

• Cuppa and Chat

• Postpartum Planning Session (usually at around 37 weeks unless you’re planning an earlier birth)

• Daily phone or text support

• 6 in-home postpartum support sessions

Package 2: $1200

• Cuppa and Chat

• Postpartum Planning Session

• Daily phone or text support

• 10 in-home postpartum support sessions

• Ability to purchase ongoing support at a reduced hourly rate.
