As a mum, aunty, teacher, doula and birth and parenting educator, I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can support you to transform your home from chaos to calm. During our sessions I can organise and facilitate educational, fun and age appropriate activities for your kids so you can take some time for yourself or complete all those chores that you can’t do with small children at your feet, help you organise your home and schedule including doing light household chores and running errands, provide evidence based information and parenting support (including behaviour management, eating, sleeping and toilet training), be a listening ear and hold space for you to talk about all the challenges that parenthood brings and link you with other amazing parenting resources and groups.

post surgery support (non-medical)
